TreeConnect Sàrl is a Swiss-based consulting firm offering customized services to support the operational
and strategic needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Our expertise covers a broad range of
business functions, including:
- Business planning and launch support
- Human resources and people operations
- Administrative and back-office organization
- IT and infrastructure coordination
- Accounting and financial process improvement
- Marketing and communication advisory
Services may include strategic consulting, operational setup, process design, project support, and externalized solutions tailored to each client's goals and stage of growth.
All services provided by TreeConnect are subject to a specific agreement established between TreeConnect
and the client. This contract defines the scope of work, timelines, responsibilities, and applicable fees.
These general terms serve as a base reference and are complemented or superseded by the terms of the signed agreement.
TreeConnect is available to its clients Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 (CET), excluding Swiss public holidays. The communication methods (e.g., email, phone, secure tools) are defined in the client-specific agreement. We aim to respond to all professional inquiries within one business day.
All data and information shared by the client is treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, unless required by law. TreeConnect complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and applies professional standards of discretion, protection, and integrity across all mandates.
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, TreeConnect retains full ownership of any methodology, structure, template, or material developed or used in the course of the project. Clients receive a license to use these materials for internal purposes only and may not share them externally without written consent.
TreeConnect provides consulting services based on professional expertise and the specific context of the client. While TreeConnect offers best practices and strategic recommendations, the client remains responsible for final decisions and implementation. TreeConnect is not liable for business, legal, or financial decisions made based on its input. Liability, if applicable, is limited to the amount invoiced under the relevant service contract.
These general terms, and all agreements concluded with TreeConnect, are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Geneva shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the relationship, subject to appeal to the Swiss Federal Court.
